Have More Energy During the Day - Quick Tips!

E Start your day and read on me. Modern life is stealing our natural ability to perform at our best around the clock today and keep going well in the evenings. Here are some super quick tips to get maximum body and your day.
  1. 1. Drink more water... Soft drinks and coffee don't count.
The male and female body is composed of about 65 per cent and 55 per cent of the water respectively. Drinking water is like drinking more yourself, and it enables the body to work much more efficiently using less energy to do basic tasks like keeping you alive.
  1. 2. Get me 7-8 hours of sleep.
People who don't get enough sleep have shorter life extensions. People who sleep have a lot of life shorter stretches. Don't skimp and don't indulge.
  1. 3. Kick start your day with a routine.
Set yourself up for the day-it's much more mentally refreshing to start the front foot. Think of it as a warm up before you practice
  1. 4. Snack all day.
Prepare snacks such as raw nuts and vegetables in the morning and take them with you to work. All day snack on alkaline ash forming foods-think nuts, salads, fruits and vegetables. The body can digest these foods much easier and after a wider range will give you everything you need to thrive all day long.
  1. 5. Get the antenna activity for at least 20-30 minutes 3 times a week-daily is the best.
